US Legalization provides expedited legalization services to certify documents from the Embassy of China.
To satisfy the new requirements
of the Chinese embassy, please complete the following steps:
1- A representative of the
company requesting certification must complete and sign the
following form
(Click here to fill the form),
print it and include it with your document.
2- The person who signs the form
must also include a legible copy of his/her driver's license.
(The signature on the driver's license must match the
signature on the form).
3- Embassy of china gives you
the choice of same day, next day, 3day, or 4day service.
Please see the fees below and chose the service you want.
We do not recommend same day service because your document
must be received at our office by 8:30 AM,
and you must call us the day before to alert us that your
document will arrive.

US Legalization cannot process any
document that has already been certified from a Secretary of a state
not listed above. Such document must be certified from the Chinese
consulate which has jurisdiction for the issuing state. |

*Personal
Documents :
The following types of
personal documents must be
certified by the respective Secretary of State:
birth, death,
marriage, divorce certificates, divorce decrees and any
personal power of attorney must have an extra page attached with
the great seal of the Secretary of the State in which they
originated.
US Legalization can only certify these documents if they
were issued in one of the following states:
Washington DC, Delaware, Idaho,
Kentucky, Maryland, Montana, Nebraska, North Carolina,
North Dakota, South
Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia,
Wyoming

US Legalization prefers to receive payment in the form of a company check or money order.
If the a company check cannot be issued in a timely manner,
Visa  , Master card  and American Express
 credit card payments are acceptable.
Upon request for billing, pharmaceuticals companies that are registered with the
FDA and patent and trade mark offices
will receive their invoice with the certified documents.
